This website is operated by Somaship Arts llc/ BODYSPACEGNOSIS. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us (the company mentioned above & any associated brands, site names and services such as, body stream portal, cosmic dancer portal, quantum body stream, grooving alchemy, dance Alchemy, The body stream method).
This website offers visitors Embodiment Coaching, Courses/Workshops, One on One & Group Classes in Dance, Yoga, Somatic Awareness, Guidance in Mindfulness Practices and Spiritual Growth, In-person sessions and Online sessions. We do not offer, state or claim to distribute professional medical advice on this website and/or services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
Community agreement
In order to use this site and receive our services, you agree that you are solely responsible for yourself. You understand and agree that you are accountable and responsible for your actions, speech and the energy you bring to this website and all BODYSPACEGNOSIS services provided therein. This website and/or services are offered with the intent to build life-affirming content and/or spaces with equanimous exchange of energy/current. Entities and/or organizations with intent of stealing, pirating and/or trolling are all prohibited from using this website and/or receiving our services. Damages will be collected if these terms are violated.
Services and fees
We reserve the right to change our prices for services / products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Service cancellations & refund policy
We have a strict no refund policy for courses, workshops and coaching programs, where services have been rendered. Once you gain access to private online groups, portals, coursework & coaching materials, services have been rendered. You may request to cancel your account at any time, but full payment will still be collected.
one on One Appointments may be rescheduled within no less than twenty-four hours (24 HRS) notice, prior to scheduled appointment. To cancel one one one appointment and receive refund or to reschedule appointments clients must email bodyspacegnosis@gmail.com or call 619-613- 2199 . Refund for appointment is only given if client provides 24 hours notice. Full Service Fees are charged and collected for any cancellations with less than twenty-four hours notice, prior to scheduled appointment.
Deposits for courses, workshops, programs are non-refundable.
Content for educational, artistic & community purposes
Users must seek permission from BODYSPACEGNOSIS to share content from this website. The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, logos, images, text, photographs, audio, videos, artwork, co-creations & collaborations, mindfulness content, course content, classes are all deemed Content for educational, artistic and community purposes. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Content, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, reproduce, imitate, adapt or misrepresent works from this website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BODYSPACEGNOSIS harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BODYSPACEGNOSIS be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

Coaching Disclaimer and Agreements:
Coaching is a partnership/alliance between client and coach, engaging in a thought-provoking or creative process that inspires growth/transformation in personal or professional potentials.
As an Embodiment Coach, I (Anne Gehman / bodyspacegnosis) am not providing healthcare, medical, or nutritional therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue.
Coaching is often mistaken for therapy or other mental health treatments. I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist or specialist healthcare professional. Although our sessions may touch on conversations about emotional and psychological wellbeing, exercise and nutrition, I do not claim to administer medical advice, nor do I claim any authority in these fields. My services do not replace the care of professional psychologists or licensed medical professionals.
Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you read/receive through BODYSPACEGNOSIS/ Embodiment Coaching Services. Do not start or stop any medications without speaking to your medical or mental health provider.
No Guarantees
Everyone has unique circumstances and conditions in their life. The coaching services, classes and workshops provided through BODYSPACEGNOSIS are for purposes of self-inquiry, personal empowerment, creative explorations of clients’ personal potential and growth. Clients are responsible for doing their own home-work and research. BODYSPACEGNOSIS does not offer guarantees of any nature at anytime. Please note that I can’t take any responsibility for the results of your actions, and any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use of the information available through BODYSPACEGNOSIS. Please use judgment and conduct due diligence before taking any action or implementing any plan or practice suggested or recommended through BODYSPACEGNOSIS.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
