What is your refund policy?

No refunds on digital downloads or any programs that include access to digital products like video trainings and downloadable pdf/ course materials.

No refunds for 1:1 sessions cancelled less than 24 hrs prior to the scheduled session time. Clients may inquire about a reschedule with more than 24 hrs notice. If client exceeds two reschedules, payment for the session is owed in full.

The Shimmer L.A.B membership can be cancelled anytime.
